      Very capable engineering - Munich does not always know what's best in the US

      Pros

      Most technical positions were staffed with excellent people.

      Cons

      Very poor invoicing system caused customer blowback, weak field technician presence, sales turnover very high, weak hydrogen position, on average does not have a strong reputation in user markets.

      Greatness under constant stress

      Pros

      As every large group they are a global player with world class processes, resources and policies. You get the experience of working in a multinational company, with all its great history.

      Cons

      As every big company they are struggling to survive in a highly competitive market, merge, need to add more value to shareholders. Sadly much of their survival is based on the hard work of employees. Is very tough to be an employee at Linde these days.
