Pros

Everything but the management, it would be a good place to work if they showed consideration for the employees mpre often.

Cons

Management, both local and global. High rotation rate in management positions, tons of unfinished projects, constant feeling of running full speed ahead without a compass in the middle of a foggy night. There is zero concern with loss of knowledge and identity when it comes to letting people go.
