Pros

Positives are good salaries, private health insurance and pension scheme, if you leaving locally good working location.

Cons

Company managed very poorly in every aspect, no constructive feedback, no appraisal system, loads of overtimes, intimidating and victimising environment, continuous unacceptable behaviour, I have experienced continuous lack of respect, lost my confidence, was doubting many times what is right or wrong. Would never recommended this company to anyone.
