      Pros

      If you like working an extensive amount of hours, they will definitely give you the opportunity. If you are in a relationship that you don't like, don't worry you'll hardly see the other person. You'll never have to clean your house because you'll never be there to mess it up. If your kid is messing up in school, they can't blame you, you're not the one at home.

      Cons

      Lack of Subject Matter Experts. Inexperienced Lower Management. Way to much delegation. Minimally manned plants, with a minimally staffed support group. Lack of Training with a Risky Safety Culture. High turnover. Your Life is Linde.

      Pros

      Better than average work - life balance. Decent benefits but average compensation. Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in other business units and geographic regions. Many individual employees with high skill levels & expertise.

      Cons

      There is a always present absence of cooperation between departments & areas of responsibility though out the LENA organization. Major lack of accountability on the individual and departmental level. High performing individuals carry department work loads while some coast.

      Pros

      Great place to work. There are a lot of opportunities in the company and its constantly changing.

      Cons

      It was a very stressful job that basically required being on call all the time. Very high hourly employee turn over.
