- Incompetent Senior Level Management, they seems like no idea on how to guide the team on competitive industrial gasses industry. - Not people orriented, every year tou will experience downgrade on people benefits like Medical Insurance and the worst things they asked employees to do fund raising only to held their team building, seems management don'have any budget to emphasize bonding and unity as one team. - Policy always change without considering impact to the team. - Policy not yet approved by global lever for allignment but local management announced it to employees. - Some old top management want to make this company as Clanning company, don't expect to much if you are not their friend. - No action on e-mail and follow ups, so you need to escalate to higher level but still no action, you need to make it noisy until regional level than thats the time they will ask you what was happened. - No work life balance, if you go home on time they will think that your workload is manageable and they will you more and more workload. - They don't like ideas, what they want is you just follow what they want you to do. - Micromanage to the team, no trust to the team. - When someone resigned they will not immediately find replacement, they will ask remain team members to absorb all the tasks, so people will be tired and demotivated. Their concern is to cut all FTE's.
