      Pros

      Linde has many career opportunities if you are willing to re-locate/travel. Linde is a strong global company. German colleagues are multi-lingual, well versed in the Oil & Gas Industry and it is enjoyable to work with them.

      Cons

      As a German company, I never understood why the German managers deferred to the U.S. managers. It was obvious most of the U.S. managers are just poor.

      Pros

      Everyone in our office is wonderful and fun to work with. Not a bad gig for a college student looking for their first full time job.

      Cons

      Pay is poor at best and every center is understaffed. Most of the staff does their work and work for another employee or two since regional manages look to keep costs down by not hiring more employees and taking weeks to approve equipment. Upper management will also push policies and agendas that hamstring everyone in attempts to boost their own quarterly bonuses. Policies will change every couple of weeks usually for the worst while everyone says its to make everyone in the company more accountable.
