      Good work life balance and career opportunities . Opportunities not limited to senior levels only. Even employees with 2-3 years of experience get to work on International assignments and probjects as long as they have the necessary knowledge and aptitude. Overall a good company to work with.

      Lack of diversity in workforce. More focus is required towards career planning. need to be based in head office kolkata to receive all great assignments.
