      Pros

      A good company to work in . They have good benefits but like all companies they have budgets every year so they do try to save on their budget but nevertheless it is still a good place to work in. Good benefits , work life balanced . They have recreational activities for all employees. Progression is based on how well you do and how good you are with your managers and supervisors. The company is continuously expanding.

      Cons

      Like I said they do budget on benefits at times. Sometimes you have to be in good books with tour managers or supervisors for progression rather than your work done .
