      Pros

      Nights, weekends and 12-14hr shifts. No life. Camera in trucks. Pay rate is so complicated need a degree in mathematics to figure it out. Tons of proceedures and paperwork. No phone(blue tooth) allowed. weekly statistics on driver performance downloaded from the trucks.

      Cons

      None. Such a fun place to work.

      Pros

      The benefits are great with the pension plan. Decent opportunities for upward or lateral movements.

      Cons

      Company pushes KPIs and bottom line targets, but does not reward the individuals the way they should. The do not give raises based on your performance but instead base it on how long you have been with the company, very low performance management. Employee moral is very low at times due to this and other factors.
