      Pros

      There is room to grow as LINDE is a global leader if you have a bachelors or masters degree. They have multiple facilities across the world and normally promote from within.

      Cons

      You need a college education to advance unless it is a driving positions. Even these you can apply to other locations; but you will start at the bottom

      Pros

      The manager in Colorado had no idea what day of the week it was. His boss, some gal in Kentucky, didn't know what month of the year it was. And those were their most outstanding qualities.

      Cons

      The turnover rate is huge, the working atmosphere is like an insane asylum, the demands are non-stop, and your life is not your own. DON'T WORK FOR THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

      Pros

      4 day work weeks, and we have an awesome Manager. They are pretty lenient on taking time off if needed. Very Understanding.

      Cons

      Corporate is too slow about getting us the equipment we need to provide our services to homes. It seems to be a hassle to get anything approved.
