      Each working clulcher is very good.

      Cons

      I am responsible for all the team for all the construction of Instrumentation and Electrical control system and commissioning and testing and hand over the plant to the client.

      Last 15 years in a "spare" mode, internal communication should be improved, not very "sexy" industry

      Work life balance and good place for women to work at.

      Poor remuneration and beaurocratic system inside the company can make a person tired working with the organization
