      It seemed so nice in the beginning

      Pros

      - The work floor is pretty relaxed (yet due to the so little employees almost everyone is or will be become burned out)

      Cons

      - Too little employees (since months people leaving, none coming back). - Salary too low, 75% of the net paycheck is going to rent! - No help at all from HR, nothing. - HR has been lying during the interview (jeez and they expect you never to find out. Surprise! We all do and that is why everyone is leaving). - No answer to questions asked from HR or months later. Don't go to work here if you are not sure if you want to stay for more than 1 year. You have to pay your complete hotel costs back when you are leaving within 12 months. Not relative to the amount of the time you have worked there. No, completely till 1 day after you work there 1 year. Depends how long you stayed in the hotel but count around € 1500-€ 1800,00. You never can do this with a salary where you pay 75% from your net to your rent.
