Pros
Most people within the company are easy to work with and will help you if you ask (even though they are swamped themselves)
Cons
Short Staff everywhere so it is difficult to get things done internally. Additional complicated by having multiple Byzantine procedures in place that slow the flow of work. They set up systems to keep track of processes but do not assign anyone to maintain it so it becomes difficult to use and eventually abandoned or avoided. Little to no training provided. No one seems to be listening to the employees
