No training plan to what so ever. The on call time is not compensated properly and is 24/7. They do not pay industry standard. The learning curve is extreme, there are great people willing to help you, but it is run so lean that they honestly can't afford to lose their time on training. You can make an issues very public and they will not do anything until it is to late, and give you the normal corporate response that you should have made people more aware. You will be woken up 3 or 4 times a week for alarm calls. The amount of overtime is relentless. There are 100 weeks, local management would be great given the opportunity, but the problems start beyond local level.
