      Overall a good company but with difficulties in managing inside collaboration

      Pros

      Multinational company with solid background and deep knowledge of industrial gases. Well established, and market leader in a lot of countries.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the knowledge in not transferred within the company. There is lack of organization, no clear job roles with a lot of frustration between employees. Also a lot of bureaucracy. Under a big merger at the moment which will lead to a lot of internal changes.
