      Pros

      I worked for Project Engineering Division. The projects are challenging and gives you good learning exposure. You are allowed to take decisions and learn from your mistakes.

      Cons

      At times it gets very hectic and you feel that you are not getting enough support from management. You are asked to come to office on Saturday unnecessarily even if you do not have urgent pending work.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, understanding managers sometimes. Desk cleaning supplies. We can put our own photos up at our desk.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, working on days that are supposed to be your day off. The attendance policy is zero tolerance which means even with a Dr note you will still get points for attendance. People come to work sick all the time.
