Overall very good experience, but so few resources dedicated to online channels

Linde has started to invest to online channels, but very slowly and young, energetic and motivated specialists leave because of the low speed of development

Cons

Lack of mot. packages in the group. Lack of self development (thematic conferences, business forums etc.)

Local Company Setup Management, despite it is a Shared Service Company

Pros

Good Company Benefits with big Performance Bonus w/c approximately equivalent to 2-3 months pay on top of the Salary Annual Increase and 13th month pay

Cons

Less Career Growth or Career Opportunities due to high Company Politics especially on Management levels Lot's of own pocket contributions for Birthdays, Team Buildings & even Team Christmas Party For about 6-7 yrs of Shared Service setup, they are still on a trial and error phase and no standard or proper work processes and anytime it will change
