      Work is dependent upon Oil and Gas market expanding, due to downturn in oil and gas market has caused layoffs.

      The office space was great. The employees that i worked with where great and helpful.

      Cons

      the management is horrible . The department managers are not qualified. They does not understand any engineering problems. The managers only care is the performance review. The management are micromanagement.

      ability to plan your own day, building relations with Physicians

      Cons

      Local center lacks any intelligence of hoe to deal with Physicians and with patients. Center manager lacks the ability to make educated decisions, has no idea how to do anything without asking for help from various departments. District manager is as lack luster as I have ever seen. All the other surrounding areas/territories are out performing his in every way. High turnover.
