      Pros

      Specialized in doing medical data entry. This included tasks such as going over the records we keyed to make sure we didn't miss anything or make the same mistakes again

      Cons

      Having to do outbound calls at times and filing at other times it wasn't the calling or the filing it was the way the list was made up was confusing and the file system was confusing as well. Two people in one folder because they had the same first and last name's.

      Pros

      They have new truck and they have all the coffee and all the water and crystal light you handle. They give you your uniforms in 4 months.

      Cons

      You make more money in training and less money when you are on your own . You have to complain to get mileage runs, not organized at all , they never give you a direct answers when asked direct questions, the pay should be all hourly,

      Pros

      Pay and people are good. It's a very good work environment. Pension and insurance is very good. I can see myself retireing from here.

      Cons

      There isn't to many cons. Maybe hot working in the elements. Some bad employees make it bad for other people but that's all
