      Large company with some stability for employees.

      Cons

      Strong focus on cost-reduction as opposed to business growth. This inevitably means more front line staff are made redundant whilst senior management remain in place.

      A toxic culture perpetuated by management

      Reasonable work life balance, interesting work, previously held experience and professional experts

      Cons

      The organisation in Australia has gone through many changes due to a failure to adapt and encourage the right management behaviors. The parts of the organisation I was exposed to became toxic, with managers promoted on who they knew, not what they did and management who bullied and lied protected by human resources who are a significant part of the problem in the culture they perpetuate in the company.
