      Pros

      The people are taking care of in the Linde Group. It is a nice atmosphere to work in. The office in the Philippines is in the highest tower of the country. The view was amazing

      Cons

      The process to evolve within the company is really slow. If you start as a junior you will spend several years as a junior before even having the opportunity to get a promotion.
