Pros
Is a great environment and people know who you are and recognize your results. Great opportunities and a lot of international know how exchanging. The Linde Group is a very innovative company which is constantly working hard on developing a more updated way to do business without abandoning it's values.
Cons
In some countries, such as my own, I believe we are facing a leadership issue, and demotivating hi-potential professionals. Some Key decisions are under recent graduated students who does not understand the market, and some other are under managers who are avoiding choosing a clear strategy and communicating properly to his team.
