      German Top 30, Successful company and global No 2. Intercultural organization with high image of German engineering, Focus on safety and diversity culture

      Cons

      Usual matrix challenges paired with cultural/mentality merger issues, Very focused on short ROI cycles and process savings while compromising reliability and innovation, Limited transparency of middle management strategies, High fluctuation due to career progression and salary competitiveness issues. Loss of crucial technological experience due to outsourcing strategies (engineering, analytics, system integration, IT, etc...)
