      Pros

      Interesting role with lots of travel, and varied site experiences. Decent compensation package and very stable company.

      Cons

      Role seems to be a catch all for projects no one else wants. Company appears to have no succession planning with large age gaps. Career path for progression is fairly disjointed and involves non-intuitive role changes.

      Stability, safe place to work, with good balance with personal life.

      Cons

      Management is extremely poor and unqualified. Prefers to avoid potential mistakes instead of taking action and generate value. Managers are not trustworthy and regularly uses the variable of headcount to reach a Budget.
