A company with great working culture following group code of ethics compliance in all of its global entities. Provides flexible growth combined with learning opportunities.

Cons

Every company is bound with procedures and follows them with strict vigil. With Linde this holds very true. During fast track projects this can become a limitation.

I worked for Project Engineering Division. The projects are challenging and gives you good learning exposure. You are allowed to take decisions and learn from your mistakes.

Cons

At times it gets very hectic and you feel that you are not getting enough support from management. You are asked to come to office on Saturday unnecessarily even if you do not have urgent pending work.
