      One of the worst places to work esp if you are in PED

      Pros

      Lots of responsibility. GETs can become deputy manager in a year's time. Workload makes you learn fast and the job profile is diverse.

      Cons

      Hires students as retainers from lesser known colleges and on direct pay roll from well known colleges. A huge disparity in the pay scale and benefits and perks hampers the morale of many. Bad work timings. No proper distribution of workforce

      Pros

      Individuals are reasonably well paid for the specialization required. Top performers are treated very well. Geographic locations are nearly unlimited.

      Cons

      Extremely high pressure. Continuous connection to work. Working while on vacation is common. Very limited loyalty to average performers. (treated as disposable) Deckplate employees have very little trust in upper management as cost efficiency efforts normally come at significant penalty to them.
