Honestly one of the best work environments I've worked in and they always offer opportunities to learn. Managers are always helpful and pay is competitive.

Cons

Progression is slow as there aren't many open positions available.

None. You will be master at creating documents, joining team meetings, and feel like cr!ppl3.

Cons

If you love to stay there for 5+ years with 10 years backdated system and mindset then please join it. Specifically, the CIS team. It's like the horrific team, don't have real work there. The manager of the team doesn't have guts to bring projects. Despite of having a ton of skills, what you will be doing is just creating documents. You will be expert of Excel and PowerPoint. Think wisely, for your career growth, onsite, respect, and work-life balance. Because if you choose to join here then you have to sacrifice these.
