Cons

Really bad management and hiring system. Most people in the company are mentally lazy and not smart enough to do their own jobs. Really.. no career growth potential to work in this company

Fast growing company, but issues come with that

You are given a lot of ownership over your work and the opportunity to develop your skills

Cons

Poor processes and procedures, a great deal of mistrust and favoritism. Poor communication by upper management leading to poor decisions being made by middle-management. Weak HR team, efforts to improve basic processes seem half-done at best. Benefits are poor - you don't even get healthcare paid for and bonuses are only given to upper levels despite record growth and profits.
