Pros

Travel opportunities. Work hard/play hard mentality. Surrounded by experienced colleagues always willing to help. Freedom of talking to anyone including higher up management/ Directors etc. You can easily have a conversation with anyone.

Cons

Long working hours 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9am-4pm

Pros

Linesight is a really good company to work for. Management listens to the employees and has an open mind to suggestions. Their benefits package is generous.

Cons

They are not upto the employee levels to have a manager in each market they are in, but your manager is a call away.

Pros

The company has plenty of opportunities for those that want them. The projects we work on are some f the biggest and most exciting in the construction industry. Travel across the globe is a possibility with the amount of growth the company has worldwide. Social aspects of the company are great, very active social club with opportunities to socialize with colleagues across a range of different activities.

Cons

It can be a very busy organisation at times.
