Pros

Management give you a lot of autonomy to set your own schedule and work on projects as you see fit. They treat you like adults with a lot of flexibility, fun environment, great break room, and my favorite is the ongoing training with co-workers in other departments.

Cons

It's still a smaller company that is trying to capture more of the market share so there are growing pains.

Pros

A lot of good momentum occurring within the company. With a lot of growth comes a lot of great career opportunities. Ability to work on a variety of projects. Great product that separates itself from the competition more and more each week. You can't find a better group of people to work with. Competitive benefits. Great senior leadership.

Cons

Common growing pains as the company transitions out of startup mode and on boards larger clients.
