Pros

Lingotek has a smart management team that's in tune with market trends and opportunities. The company's growth has been measured and managed conservatively, giving employees a good sense of security. Still a small company, but acquiring large clients and developing exciting, innovative technology and language services.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a small company trying to service large brands/accounts. Some bottlenecks in understaffed areas of the company.
