Generally a Great Company - Beware of working in IT Team

Pros

The owners of this company promote a good culture and want their employees to be successful. Salary is good if not in the contact centre.

Cons

Beware, the IT department is the most toxic culture ever, driven by the IT Director, who expects the team to work ALL hours, wants them to complete tasks/projects to the highest standard in unachievable timescales with little to no budget or resource, no consideration for the team members whatsoever, even plays team members against each other, and does not fit the culture the company is trying to uphold. Mistakes are not tolerated, unmanageable workloads are the norm. You should work for the IT Team if you want mental health issues and don't like a personal life.

Cannot think of one pro! Apart from meeting some nice girls in there. If you value your mental health and the integrity of your CV, steer clear of this nasty company 🙏

Dreadful management, bullying culture that's unfortunately allowed by HR department.
