Pros

Friendly staff who create a great atmosphere in the office. Decent managment team. Flexible on Hybrid model based on individual circumstances.

Cons

The Pension is non-existent. Annual Leave entitlement has just been changed, but doesn't reward loyalty. No Health Insurance. The basic salary for most positions has not changed in 5 years. They are offering additional salary for external candidates with the same experience of their current staff. They are not focused on retention.

The salary was alright and work is manageable for the most part

Cons

They do not recognize any achievements as I was able to fix issues that existed for years before my time -Old managers who work there from different departments are hostile and want to micro-manage you -Any form of expression through work is shunned even if it's through doing your job -CEO's expectations do not meet what the managers want -They hold onto mistakes made a long time ago like a grudge
