      Contradicting management, unstable, rely more on communication rather than intelligence. Tell you to be upfront with communication but then act over sensitive. They tell you they like when you reach out about something but then go behind your back to HR

      Pros

      From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, valued, and supported by an incredible team. The company culture is truly second to none—it’s clear that leadership genuinely cares about fostering a positive and inclusive environment. What stands out the most is the emphasis on collaboration and growth. We are encouraged to share ideas, ask questions, and take ownership of projects. The transparency from leadership inspires trust, and it’s refreshing to work for a company where communication is open and honest.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can’t think of any major downsides. Like any company, there are challenges, but they’re handled with respect.
