Pros

Link Logistics provides many tools necessary to complete your job at all times and is always looking for new ways to innovate to expedite processes. They are also very good at listening to employees if something isn't working, additional/new tools needed, etc. You can work efficiently individually, but Link is also awesome with the collaboration/team approach to accomplish tasks/goals.

Cons

Not so much a true con, but Link is a large corporation with a local business startup feel - very fast paced environment with ever changing system of procedures. Changes come from Link always looking for ways to better efficiency as a whole.
