      - Good pay/benefits - Hands off Management - Management provides options for career path within organization - Remote, if you're into that. Can go into office if you want. - Upper management does a decent job of making sure that there are virtual social events and in-person meetups so that you get to know your coworkers - Raises are pretty good for what you get at a large corporation - Performance reviews were honest and fair - Executive management is approachable and honest - Good work/life balance

      - Lack of challenge in role. Work is very routine and it's easy to get bored if you care about having variety in your work - Work culture can be fast paced and you will be pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines sometimes. Make sure you have strong boundaries
