They try to do things for the employees to make working there an enjoyable experience. Have lots to fix as a new company.

Cons

Very Bro Heavy in New york. Corporate works very long hours (similar to other finance jobs, with weekend work)

They sure know how to pick 'em! Every person they add has a great personality and is an awesome addition to the team.

Cons

Short staffing. Uneven distribution of work. More money is spent on company image than actual customer service. LINK does not seem to believe in the power of an awesome admin and would rather invest in funneling customer requests through a rabbit hole of software.
