      Pros

      Link will also absolutely put employees first. They reward the individual as well as the team. They have so many programs to help employees and will truly do their best to help you no matter what. If you have an idea, speak up! They actually listen and implement employee suggestions. This is one company that not only preaches "work/life family balance" but promotes it! WE RUN HARDER!

      Cons

      Link will absolutely push you to the brink the get the most and best out of you. LOTS of deadlines on top of each other - but you will ALWAYS have a team that has your back.

      Pros

      If you enjoy a work hard/ play hard environment this is the place for you. People are down to Earth and employees feel as if they are valued and important regardless of job title. Sr. Management is accessible.

      Cons

      Employees are extremely overworked with zero work/life balance. Portfolios for PM teams are twice as large as competitors. Link has recently started implementing SMS Assist for recurring and reactive services at the properties which is a nightmare as a PM to manage.
