Do you enjoy being micromanaged, belittled, talked down to? Do you thrive on getting 8:30 am meetings scheduled at 10pm the night before? Does your heart sore when management glares at you for leaving on time with the expectation that you'll work 12 hour shifts? Then boy howdy is link the place for you.
Cons
See above. Management pushes for zero work life balance. They have no respect for you as a person and expect you to be available at all times. Were you at lunch? Well why didn't you pick up your phone. Are you hoping for a bare minimum of a thank you? Don't be so greedy the praise here is a rushed job done half baked and maybe a chance to ring an over sized gong.
