Great place to work. Growingly leaps and bounds. Tons of opportunity that you would never see anywhere else. Lots of room to move up.

Cons

Fast paced. You have to be willing to hustle to keep up. And you have to be the type of person that is looking to be challenged.

There are none, just cons, unless you consider unhealthy snacks as a reward.

Quite frankly this company should be renamed Link Micromanagement, as I have never seen so much micromanagement in my entire career. Please be aware that this company has a trend of hiring managers with no prior experience. One of them sits right next to me and has a book on his desk titled In Search of Excellence. FYI, this book is in the TOP 10 Worst business books of all time. Open floor office space is brutal. People eat and fart nonstop.
