Link is constantly evolving to be bigger and better, which has created opportunities for myself and many of my talented colleagues. Leadership is smart and motivated, but accessible and place focus on culture and teamwork at all levels.

Cons

Link has grown fast, so we work hard and there can be occasional growing pains, but its fun to be part of building the foundation and celebrating successes together.

Very fast growing firm with high quality people. Industrial Real Estate is an exciting segment of the real estate world. People are hardworking, helpful, smart, forward-looking, and responsive. I've enjoyed working with the teams I have interacted with so far.

Cons

Really none. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at the company. I've had the opportunity to contribute a great deal and am continuously learning. If I HAD to choose something it would be some of our in-place systems on the technology and process side could use some work. I believe this is a result of being a very fast growing company. I view this as a growing pain and an opportunity to be involved in streamlining our processes for the future.
