I found out after I left the company they decided to hire a senior accountant in my place. Only reaffirming that I was a staff doing senior level work yet never got paid fairly. This company looks good on paper but once you’re in there you will realize just how awful this place is.

Pros

Pay and benefits were pretty much the only pros working here. They negotiated the pay at a lower rate and changed your job scope with no pay adjustment upon your empowerment.

Cons

Micromanagement. Unrealistic expectation to work around the clock with no breaks. Unbalanced workload across the team. Management had favorites and assigned work to those who carried the team.
