Pros

Coworkers are great Kind of has a start up like culture with the resources of an established company. You get exposure to every aspect of real estate accounting Full suite of Yardi Systems products are implemented or in process of getting implemented. Catered lunches galore. Pay is great.

Cons

Hours can be long (extra long for some) during month ends and quarter ends. Coworkers are sometimes too busy to have time to sit down and show new people processes. I think the negative reviews on here do not depict the reality I see at LINK and are probably from disgruntled former employees that didn't fit in. CAO is not the demonic person depicted in the review above. She's aggressive sometimes and rough around the edges but I think she's a good leader/person.

Strong people, unclear processes

Pros

Opportunity to work with very smart people from strong backgrounds. Schedule and PTO flexibility depending on the team. Strong resume booster and networking opportunities. I've learned a lot and can honestly say I'm better at my job because of my peers. They are collaborative and willing to teach. Teams have a lot of independence, but clearer performance metrics would make it feel fairer acorss teams. The org is growing and trying to modernize even with high turnover.

Cons

Rapid growth means some earlier hires would likely not meet today's standards. Noticeable gaps in skills and data fluency across teams which holds some back. Morale has declined. DEI and perks rolled back. RTO enforced inconsistently; some required to be in office and others still remote. Lack of transparency. Employee policies aren't always clearly explained in writing, and communication can change depending on the audience. Big egos. Some rely a lot on the Blackstone brand name, emphasize their accomplishments over their team, but lack a clear strategy or communication. Favoritism. Some managers seem to only hire and promote within their own circle. High performers tend to leave due to limited growth; others stagnate for years.
