      Pros

      Good benefits, employee engagement and communications. Great environment to work in (customer site). I have had multiple opportunities to learn new technology and grow my skills. Company offers Skillport to every employee.

      Cons

      Stressful when contracts are coming to an end.

We strive to ensure that when contracts come to an end, we transfer our staff to other positions within the company. As a contract comes to an end, our Human Capital Director will work with you to find any suitable positions within the company.

      Pros

      They are still good employees working there but the good ones won't stay much longer. Average benefits. Customers are good and stable and if they like you, you should survive.

      Cons

      They are about to go belly up. Owner is going to jail and there is nothing left. I had to leave because I was embarrassed to work for a criminal.

These changes have met with the US Government’s approval and ensure that we will continue to serve our DoD and Federal Civilian customers for many years to come. We continue to remain a solid company and have successfully emerged from a difficult period.

      Pros

      Leadership has a long term vision for the company and it's growth strategy. Benefits are great including 401k, health, dental and vision, training includes SkillPort and annual tuition/certification reimbursement. PTO is commensurate except you also get a day off for your birthday.

      Cons

      Tough to tie into corporate culture working offsite. More activities or touch points between field and corporate employees would be helpful.
