      I don't have any cons but the program in fort huachuca isn't that great but that has nothing to do with link solutions.

      Pros

      During my time with Link, I worked with engaged and supportive leaders. I had the resources, tools, and backing across all areas in the company. Link was very receptive to my program efforts and recruitment efforts at my ala mater. The company invested in a better recruitment platform and team, which made a big difference in our staffing efforts. My team and I truly felt valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for vertical grow for my team members within the company based on the local contracts available, but Link was actively engaged in new business development initiatives. Salaries were slightly lower towards the end of the contract year compared to others in the area.

      Great supporting staff that communicates well

      Cons

      No cons. The company was a subcontractor on a project and the prime had contract holder had excellent staff as well.
