      Good pay but that contributed by one of the cons

      Cons

      They don't really care about employees. They'll work you ragged until you quit. I was working on average 50-70 hours a week. All this company cares about is metrics.

      Pros

      Negative, none. Just a job to gain experience, just do this job if you want to gain experience.

      Cons

      Everything from management, training and equipment. low wages for tones of demand. Manager demand for almost everything from tools, neatness, sales, time arrival, ip connects, csat(customer survey score)if you don't sale he wants you to take picture of soundbar demo, if you have low csat will call you up for it for every job to waste your time, wants you to finish 3 - 5 or More jobs! wow! a lot of gimmick with this company for sales when you meet your goals like if you make $1000 in sale they will only give you some toolkit or mug or something that maybe worth just $25 for your effort no bonuses no opportunity to gain certifications. Overwork up to 15 hour per day of work.

      Pay and Benefits package is way above standard - FREE Valuable training is provided - Commission &bonus oppurtunities available on top - expenses paid fairly

      Cons

      HR office lost track of my Friend and I's information more than once during our hiring process Delays, after delays, after another delay . Ever have a friend ask for your email 4-5 times ? What's your phone number again ?
