Great management that cares about the team. Plenty of overtime opportunities. Working on your own, not in an office or cubicle where a boss is constantly looking over your shoulder. I worked at the Post Falls office for over 4 years, servicing much of eastern WA and north Idaho, and in that office there was a good culture that emerged over time. Almost all of the technicians, the leadership, the office staff and especially the warehouse guys were high-character type of people. I enjoyed working with them.

Long hours to work. Tough work in the winter.
