      Pros

      Raises available every quarter, Owners involved in everyday activity to make things better for techs, A lot of opportunities outside of your normal pay to make money, Company Vehicle, Lots of different things you can learn and be trained in to keep the job entertaining, Asks for the employees opinion and has us do surveys so they can do whatever they need to do to keep techs happy.

      Cons

      Not really any down sides. All you have to do is talk with someone and they will help you through anything your having issues with and help make you figure out a good option.

      Pros

      There area lot of changes happening that are improving the company all around. They are starting to see that their employees are just as important as their customers. A lot of positive change going on and excited to see what else comes.

      Cons

      Still some negative employees who arent willing to see the change.
