Pros

Great work culture, great people and co-workers. Amazing benefits and supportive teams. Great pay regarding job level.

Cons

- High work expectation, and at times, the work was very tedious. This is to be expected at big tech, however. - Random lay offs. Very unfortunate for people who only had 1 year at the company - Unrealistic expectations. The work load for one person could far outweigh that of another due to intensity of the work tickets.
