Good but slow

Pros

Great product, but a bit lazy and relying on strong market position. Slow to implement change and do not appreciate constructive feedback, very top down and sell-as-is approach

Cons

Not a lot of internal mobility or promotion available (despite overachieving target you you can apply but still be rejected internally and they treat internal applicants to the same number of rounds like an external hire)
